The full user guide lives inside the app once you’re signed in. Here’s the four-step version.

  1. Create an organisation and a project.

    Organisations group your crews. Projects group the files for a single show or tour. Invite teammates with the role they need — owner, editor, or viewer.

  2. Upload the show file.

    Drag any file into the project. The first upload becomes v1. Every subsequent upload of the same filename becomes v2, v3, and so on. Attribution, timestamp, and size are recorded automatically.

  3. Restore a version.

    Open a file, pick any version from the history panel, and click Restore. The older version is promoted to current; nothing is ever overwritten or deleted.

  4. Share outside the team.

    Generate a share link for any version. Set a password, an expiry, and whether the recipient can download or only preview. Revoke the link at any time from the file's share panel.
