Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShowFile Central (the “Service”). By creating an account or uploading a file you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One person or one organisation per account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of every file you upload. We store, version, and serve those files on your behalf — we do not sell them, train models on them, or claim rights to them.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to store, do not attempt to break the Service or other users’ accounts, and do not use the Service to distribute malware or illegal content.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and occasional downtime can occur. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination we retain your data for 14 days so you can export it, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance via email or in-app banner.
